OctaMonk has been deploying VoIP handsets since 2015. We combine an Australian-hosted in-house Standard PBX with a Premium 3CX platform so an ISP can choose the right operating model for each SMB customer.

Platform architecture

Standard for efficient hosted voice. Premium for the 3CX experience.

Both options are operated as a backend service for your ISP. The difference is the platform and the customer feature requirement—not who owns the relationship.
